He became a PTR professional in 2005 and an ITF high performance coach from 2011 to 2013, all the while attending workshops given by world renowned coaches from the UK, France, Spain, US, and national level coaches from Ireland. In 2008 he was assigned head junior coach in his local tennis club in Dublin. During his four years there, the junior program expanded from 40 juniors to over 300 juniors that actively took lessons year round. Out of those 300 juniors, six were chosen to play in Ireland's BNP Paribas National Academy, playing 16 hours of tennis a week and representing Ireland. He also structured the adult program and helped train the ladies' and men’s teams within the club playing both winter and summer leagues. It was a great experience to teach at his first club where he learned tennis and grew the culture of the game.
Mark’s goal is to bring that same culture to Hillcrest Racquet Club and promote the growth of tennis not only at Hillcrest but also in the surrounding area. He hopes to work with all the members in some capacity during his time here and to help in any way to make everyone's tennis game stronger and smarter on the court.
He has enjoyed playing USTA Team Tennis for over 20 years, qualifying for sectionals 17 times and Nationals 5 times as well as achieving 3rd place at Nationals in 2006. A former BCTA president.

Kim grew up with the game and was a top ranked Middle States player as a junior. As a teacher, she has experience with all levels, priding herself in clear, simple communication to help players learn a strong foundation to accelerate development and stay involved with the "sport of a lifetime."
Kim is passionate about teaching and believes that when you enjoy what you do, you never work a day in your life. In addition, she believes in continual learning as a teacher so she is better able to help her students. Further, she loves the social aspect of the game, running many of our social events and encourages members and guest to share ideas with her.
